2017 Kawasaki H2 GT Images Surface Prior To Official Reveal
Kawasaki Motors is redefining their entire model lineup for international markets. Now images of an all-new H2 GT model have surfaced, based on Kawasaki's patent design. Rumour has it that the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has commenced prototype testing.
The 2017 Kawasaki H2 GT model will have an extended fairing design. Designers will provide the H2 GT with more aerodynamic elements, thus improving downforce. Kawasaki is also likely to offer moveable wings on the side fairing for least air resistance.
The H2 GT model will be based on Kawasaki's regular Ninja H2 motorcycle. Several improvements will be made to the new model and we expect both bikes to be sold besides each other. The Kawasaki H2 GT will be introduced in most international markets by 2017.
Currently, Kawasaki offers the Ninja H2 in the Indian market for Rs. 29 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). Powering the bike is a 998cc inline four-cylinder, supercharged engine. Maximum performance from the engine is 207.13bhp, along with 133.5 Nm of peak torque.
Once the H2 GT by Kawasaki is introduced in the international market, it should not be long before it is available in India. Expect an even more, premium pricing for the new and futuristic technology for a motorcycle.
