2017 Edition Bajaj Pulsar Range Teased Ahead Of India Launch
Three new Bajaj Pulsar motorcycles have been teased and will be launched before 2016 comes to an end. Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180, and Pulsar 220F will receive cosmetic and mechanical updates.
For 2017, Bajaj Auto will be updating its Pulsar range of two-wheelers in the Indian market. Three new models will be introduced- Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180, and Pulsar 220F. Bajaj Auto has shared a teaser image stating that all three models will be in showrooms soon.
Apart from visual updates, all-new Bajaj Pulsar range will feature refined engines. These new engines will pack more performance and will be more fuel efficient than before. Importantly, all three motorcycle engines from Bajaj Auto will now be BSIV compliant.
Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director at Bajaj Auto confirmed this development. He has also promised that all three motorcycles will launch during December 2016. Bookings will be open post unveil, while deliveries of the new Pulsar range will commence during early 2017.
So far, no other details have been shared on the three new Pulsar models. We expect an all-new instrument console, exhaust system, and Combi-Brake System (CBS) or ABS. Bajaj Auto is likely to provide all three models with new colour options and decals/stickers to increase appeal.
Currently, sales of Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180, and Pulsar 220F have witnessed a downslide. The three Pulsar motorcycles were not updated for an extended period. Bajaj Auto has been focussing on their new and upcoming models which have been driving sales.
