Yamaha YZF-R3 Most Likely To Launch During August In India
Yamaha is known to constantly provide motorcycles that thrill their fans and buyers. They have an unique quality of providing more than expected from their products.
When Yamaha launched its YZF-R15 it superseded several critics and customers expectations. They further improved their product with an all-new version that set the benchmark in 150cc sports segment.
In India currently several manufacturers are moving away from quarter-litre segment to bigger offerings. Yamaha is most likely to launch its YZF-R3 sportbike in India as their latest offering.
Here are the technical specifications of Yamaha YZF-R3:
- Engine: 321cc inline two, liquid-cooled
- Horsepower: 41.42
- Torque: 29.6 Nm
- Gearbox: 6-speed, constant mesh
Yamaha is sure to equip its YZF-R3 with ABS as standard fitment. The instrument console will be informative and will sport a part digital/analogue system. Plastic quality will be top-notch and Yamaha will focus on providing their best.
Currently it has a single competitor in India Kawasaki Ninja 300, which priced extremely high. Yamaha YZF-R3 will be locally assembled in India, thus achieving competitive pricing. Incidentally it will also have to put up with KTM RC390, which offers more for less.
