Yamaha MT 25 To Be Revealed On 6th June In Indonesia

Yamaha has launched its quarter-litre motorcycle primarily in Indonesia. It is manufactured and exported to a few countries from Indonesia as well.

Over the last few weeks Yamaha has been spied testing a naked motorcycle. This motorcycle was seen with an engine similar to that on their fully faired YZF-R25 motorcycle.

Now the Japanese manufacturer has released a video confirming that Indonesia will get a MT 25. It will be officially revealed to the world on 6th of June, 2015 in Indonesia.

Here are the technical specifications of Yamaha MT 25:

Engine: 250 cc inline two cylinder, liquid cooled
Horsepower: 35.49
Torque: 22.6 Nm
Gearbox: 6-speed transmission

Yamaha is supposed to launch their YZF-R3 in India, instead of the quarter-litre bike. It is most likely that the Japanese manufacturer will develop a naked version of this as well if they find any interest in this product.
