TVS XL 100 Moped Introduced For Uttar Pradesh Market
TVS Motors has introduced its XL 100 moped for Uttar Pradesh markets. This is the most reliable and popular moped across the country. It will now be available in every TVS Motors dealership spread across in Uttar Pradesh.
In Uttar Pradesh, TVS XL 100 moped will be available in five exciting colour options. No changes will be made to the moped and will be offered as it does in other parts of the country.
Powering the TVS XL 100 is a single cylinder 2-stroke 69.9cc engine. The engine is paired to a single speed gearbox. TVS has this engine producing 3.5bhp and 5.0Nm of peak torque output in its moped.
TVS XL 100 moped rides on 2.5x 16-inch front and rear wheels. Upfront the moped receives telescopic spring type suspension, while rear gets a swing arm with hydraulic shocks. Both front and rear wheels get drum brakes, providing adequate braking.
XL 100 moped is a simple and reliable product from TVS Motors and is a popular product in rural India. It is a simple to fix moped and does not have complicated components. In urban areas, the moped is used for delivery of products within the locality.
TVS Motors is most likely to introduce the XL 100 moped in several other states. It is the only 2-stroke two-wheeler on offer in the country. This is a major reason for the moped not being offered in most cities across India. 2-stroke engines are expected to be more polluting than current 4-stroke machines.
