Triumph Tiger 800 XR Adventure Bike Launched In India At INR 10,50,000
Triumph Motorcycles India have launched their all-new Tiger 800 XR adventure bike in the country. This new 2015 model is priced attractively at INR 10,50,000 ex-showroom, Delhi.
Here are the technical specifications of Tiger 800 XR motorcycle:
- Engine: 800cc three cylinder, liquid-cooled
- Horsepower: 94
- Torque: 79Nm
- Gearbox: 6-speed
Vimal Sumbly, M.D., Triumph Motorcycles India expressed, "We are focused on creating motorcycles with a perfect balance of power, handling and style that totally involve the rider and bring out the best in them."
He further added, "Triumph Motorcycles has seen exceptional success within the adventure category here in India. Honestly we also feel that this as a category has huge potential for growth within the luxury motorcycles industry here in India."
Triumph has focussed on riding comfort and improving their Tiger 800 XR for both the on and off road experience. On offer will be several features that make this adventure bike an easy to use tool.

The British based two-wheel manufacturer will also be providing new styling and engine to their Tiger XRX and XCX models. Both models will share the same engine and styling, however, a few features will be added.
