Suzuki Gixxer Cup Round Two Held In Chennai On 10th-12th July
Suzuki has recently launched its first fully-faired motorcycle in Indian market. They have christened it as the Gixxer SF and is a head turner among several buyers.
Gixxer SF has been based on their naked motorcycle called Gixxer and gets a sporty avatar. Suzuki has also commenced a one make race to engage and develop their motorcycle.
They organised the first round successfully and round two is scheduled for 10th to 12th of July, 2015. The Gixxer Cup race will be contested at Madras Motor Race Track in Chennai.
Suzuki is a popular name in the racing fraternity and have won several trophies in various categories. They have also made a comeback to MotoGP for the 2015 Championship and is still awaiting a podium finish.

- Engine: 154.9cc single cylinder, air-cooled
- Horsepower: 14.78
- Torque: 14 Nm
- Gearbox: 5-speed
Suzuki has divided the field into two classes Novice and Expert. Both classes will get time to practice, set a qualifying time and then take their place on the grid for two races.
