Dani Pedrosa post raced cited issues with his injury. The Spaniard has been facing problem with arm pump all through last season. He has finally decided to undergo surgery and would not race in the upcoming rounds.
Repsol Honda was aware of Pedrosa's injury, however, they had not announced the extent of it. Dani Pedrosa in his blog announced its ‘A Difficult Moment' and he would like to fix the problem before it worsens.
There have been rumours floating around the paddock that this injury could force Pedrosa into an unexpected retirement. The Spaniard has never been lucky in MotoGP, he has come the closest on three occasions to win the Championship.
The door is open at Repsol garage for a new rider and Hiroshi Aoyama will replace Pedrosa. Japanese test rider for HRC will ride at Austin and Argentina, till further details from doctors arrive on the Spaniards condition.
Casey Stoner was a possible choice for Repsol Honda Team as well. The Australian will be racing for Honda is the Suzuka 8 hour endurance race. If Pedrosa is out for a longer duration this is the best moment to make a comeback.
