MotoGP Paddock Reaches Argentina For Round Three

MotoGP paddock has reached Argentina and the riders get ready for round three. With several manufacturers still sorting out their motorcycles to reach optimum racing level.

Movistar Yamaha duo have cited issues with tyre wear over a race period. Valentino Rossi who used the hardest available option tyre, still faced issues and wore out his tyre very early.

Marc Marquez has also complained of tyre grip issue and explains as practice session continues, it is getting better. He only achieved third fastest time in slippery conditions.

Number one spot was taken by a surprisingly new face. Aleix Espargaro on his Ecstar Suzuki clocked the fastest time during practice session. It will be interesting to see if he can maintain his pace in qualifying.

Andrea Iannone on his new Ducati GP15 machine was second fastest. His teammate Andrea Dovizioso maintained his form and was not far off in fifth place.

Best Yamaha during practice session was Jorge Lorenzo and Pol Espargaro, who were sixth and seventh fastest respectively. Valentino Rossi struggled and could only go ninth fastest with his tyre problems.

MotoGP qualifying will begin on Saturday 18th April, 2015 at 10:40 pm. The race will begin at 12:30 am on Sunday midnight. Do let us know in the comment section who you think would win the Argentina GP this Sunday?
