Moto3: Mahindra Racing Partners With Aspar
Mahindra Racing is all set for the 2015 Moto3 season and has partnered with Aspar Team. The announcement was made today in Mumbai.
Under this new partnership, Aspar will work on running the team and developing riders while Mahindra will concentrate on developing motorcycles.
Mahindra has also opened a new technical base in Northern Italy. Mahindra will run 9 motorcycles this Moto3 season.
Aspar team owner Jorge ‘Aspar' Martinez won four championships as a rider and decided to start his own racing team in 1992. He went ahead winning four more championships as a team owner later.
Anand Mahindra, the CEO of Mahindra Group mentioned that how important Mahindra Racing's role is, within the Mahindra Group.
Carmelo Ezpeleta, the CEO of Dorna Sports said that they are trying continuously to bring MotoGP to India.
