Mahindra Mojo Attracts Waiting Period Of Over A Month

Mahindra Mojo now has a waiting period of over a month in the Indian market. The Mojo was launched in October 2015, in India. Mahindra had delayed their motorcycle for a while after being showcased at two Auto Expo's in Delhi.

The Mojo is being promoted extensively through the internet and various other activities in several cities. Mahindra had also provided their motorcycles to several enthusiasts prior to the motorcycles launch.

At the time of launch, Mojo was priced at Rs. 1.58 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). Mahindra had offered the motorcycle at an introductory price for a select few initial customers. Recently, Mahindra announced a minor price hike for the Mojo of Rs. 5000 across the country.

Currently, Mahindra offers the Mojo in limited cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune. Mahindra plans on making their Mojo available to all parts of India as soon as possible. At this point, they are witnessing a waiting period, which could postpone plans of entering other cities across India.

The Mojo by Mahindra competes with Honda CBR250R, Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350, and KTM 390 Duke motorcycles. Mahindra Mojo offers more value for money than its competitors, they also have the advantage and expertise from their Moto3 project.
