Honda Join Shriram Automall To Sell Pre-Owned Two-Wheelers
Japanese two-wheeler giant, Honda Motorcycles and Scooter India is the largest selling manufacturer in the country. They have a strong product line-up on offer and plan to increase it further. The manufacturer is trying new methods to further improve its dominance in the country.
Now the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has tied up with Shriram Automall. They will commence selling pre-owned two-wheeler in India. Their goal is to achieve selling 3,50,000 two-wheeler in a span of three years.
Honda officials came up with this idea as they realised there is no organised industry for selling pre-owned two-wheelers. The duo plan to create a reliable and organised structure for a safer buying experience for customers.
Honda have evaluated the pros and cons and decided to go ahead with Shriram Automall for their venture into pre-owned two-wheelers. The Japanese manufacturer currently runs 60 pre-owned dealerships under the branding of ‘Best Deal'. These outlets are spread across 11 states of India and is certified by Honda.
Currently Shriram Automall will focus on selling all brands of pre-owned two-wheelers. If there is potential and the market is viable they will commence selling only Honda's motorcycles and scooters exclusively.
The use of these authorised sellers of pre-owned vehicles is that the customer can have someone accountable. These showrooms provide EMI options, warranties and proper documentation of vehicles. Honda and Shriram Automall will focus on building great customer seller relation.
