Honda India Inaugurate Their First Traffic Park In South India
Honda India has inaugurated its very first Traffic Park in South India. It is also the 8th Traffic Park across India. The Japanese manufacturer has tied up with Hyderabad Traffic Police.
The Japanese two-wheeler giant will offer road safety free of cost. Honda Traffic park will operate from Monday to Saturday. They will offer their services to kids, female riders as well as new riders.
Tomoaki Nagayama, Deputy Director - South Region, Sales & Marketing, HMSI, expressed, "Honda believes that with proper training, safe-riding habits can be inculcated amongst two-wheeler riders."
He further added, "Honda has already got phenomenal thumbs up by educating over 1.42 lac individuals at its 7 existing traffic parks in India. As the next step, Honda has adopted its first traffic park in South India."
It is also the very first time any Indian lady over 18 years old can learn how to ride a two-wheeler. There will be dedicated female instructors and they promise to tach them how to ride a scooter provided they know cycling.
Also present at Traffic Parks will be a CRF 50 motorcycle for practice to 9 to 12 year old kids. Hyderabad riders can also test their skills on Honda's Proprietary riding simulators.
