Honda CBR650F To Be Sold Via 10 Dealerships Across India
Honda Motorcycles Scooters India had announced previously that its CBR650F will be launched during 2015. It was showcased at 2014 Auto Expo in Delhi and is highly anticipated.
The Japanese manufacturer confirmed that their CBR650F will be locally assembled. Honda is also attempting to localise the motorcycle, however, has achieved minimum localisation as of now.
It is most likely to be launched in the first week of August, 2015 in India. Deliveries are expected to commence soon post the price has been revealed to all.
Booking has already commenced and Honda has selected 10 of their dealerships to take care of customers. Only a selected few Honda dealerships will accept booking of CBR650F across the country.
They are expected to expand its reach across India by 20 exclusive dealerships. Honda is accepting bookings for CBR650F at INR 50,000 and will produce one bike per day at their Manesar facility.
Honda CBR650F will have tough competition against Benelli's TNT 600i, Kawasaki Ninja 650 and Triumph's Daytona 675 model. Honda is most likely to price its bike in the price range of INR 8,00,000 ex-showroom.
