Chennai Flood - Mahindra Two Wheelers Organizes Week Long Free Service Camp
Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited (MTWL) has initiated free service camps for its customers in flood affected Chennai.
The week long camps have been organized across 19 different service stations across Chennai and the surrounding districts offering free service of any Mahindra two wheeler vehicles affected by the rains and the consequent floods.
Customers can walk into any of these service stations with the damaged vehicle and get their vehicle serviced. In addition, there are two mobile service vans deployed as mini service stations to provide services in remote locations that are difficult to access.
MTWL has also deployed seven Service on Two Wheels vehicles that provide door to door service (on request) to those customers who are unable to bring their vehicles to the service stations.
There is also a special discount for customers who require an oil change or replacement of parts that are damaged with no extra labour costs.
MTWL has reached out to over 6000 customers via SMS informing them about the free service camps.
