2016 Triumph Speed Triple R Photos Leaked Ahead Of Launch
The internet is full of surprises. The latest it had to offer is pictures of the 2016 Speed Triple R motorcycle, ahead of its launch. The Street Triple retains its overall design and receives only a few cosmetic upgrades. Notable upgrades are mechanic. For one, it is now Euro 4 compliant, and two, it gets more power.
The Speed Triple is still powered by the standard 1050cc, liquid-cooled, three-cylinder engine, which now produces 140bhp. The motorcycle comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
At the moment, that is all the details available and we will only have to wait and see if Triumph will offer the Speed Triple R without detuning the motorcycle for India. Stay tuned to DriveSpark for further updates.
