2015 Suzuki Gixxer Cup Round One Results From Kari Motor Speedway

Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, Suzuki has re-entered MotoGP Championship in 2015. They have also announced the introduction of their Gixxer Cup for Indian motorsport enthusiasts.

The first round of Suzuki Gixxer Cup 2015 was highly successful. It was organised at Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore. Participants were divided into two groups Novice and Open.

Open class included riders over the age group of 23 years, while the Novice group consists of riders under the 23 year age group. Participants were allowed two races per round in each class.

There were 40 race prepped Suzuki Gixxers present at the event. Every rider was given the opportunity to tune their motorcycle according to their preference, after a brief practice session.

Here are the results of Round One for Suzuki Gixxer Cup 2015:

• Novice Race one consisted of ten laps with Amarnath Menon in first followed by Vishwadev Muraleedharan and Malsawmdawngliana.
• Novice Race two consisted of ten laps with Amarnath Menon in first followed by Malsawmdawngliana and Sreejith PR.
• Open Race one consisted of ten laps with Abhishek V in first followed by Ananth Raj P and Akash Prasad Dingare.
• Open Race one consisted of ten laps with Abhishek V in first followed by Mathana Kumar S and Akash Prasad Dingare.

Next round of Suzuki Gixxer Cup 2015 championship will be held on 10th to 12th of July. It will be held at Madras Motor Race Track in Chennai with racers competing for top honour once again.
