Marc Marquez Breaks Leg; Will Miss Sepang Test

The reigning World Champion Marc Marquez is in trouble after breaking his right leg. The upcoming second Sepang test is around the corner. However, the Spaniard won't be able to test his bike based on doctor's recommendation.

In this period of MotoGP testing is important as it is limited. So missing any test could falter the Spanish riders chance to fight for his title.

Doctor's have reported Marquez will require 6 weeks of rehabilitation, however knowing GP racers, they suggest he will be back on a bike in 3 weeks.

The Youngest World Champion in history broke his right foot and doctors believe it won't cause a big problem. On a bike normally the gears are to the left side and brakes are to the right. Thus, in a race riders use the rear brake to a minimum, so it shouldn't cause any major dilemmas.

Marquez will miss the upcoming Sepang test however, expect him to come back to the Phillip Island test in Australia.

In the previous test Marquez topped the charts with his closest rival and competitor being Valentino Rossi Astride his Yamaha. The Italian MotoGP Legend was 0.194 seconds off, Rookie World Champion Marquez's best time.

This season will definitely witness hard fought battles and definitely new faces on the podium. Be prepared MotoGP 2014 action will begin on 23rd of March at Qatar.
