Mahindra To Power Aspar Moto3 Bike
Mahindra had recently stepped into the Moto3 championship and they are the youngest manufacturer to provided machinery for other teams. They currently provide six bikes to three teams and two more for their own factory team. Thus, taking the tally up to eight motorcycle in all in the Moto3 class.
Now Jorge Martinez Aspar Team for 2015 will use Mahindra Racing machinery. They currently compete in all three levels of competition, which is Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP. Mahindra racing will provide its machinery to its Moto3 championship challenging team.
The Mahindra Racing factory team did not do particularly well at the Sachsenring circuit. However, Brad Binder riding on Mahindra machinery for Ambrogio Racing secured second place behind Jack Miller's Red Bull KTM Ajo.
Jorge Martinez, Aspar team Manager, explained, "This is an exciting new chapter in the Aspar story. I have been impressed with Mahindra's attitude and commitment since they entered World Championship motorcycle racing."

He further added, "Mahindra is a huge company and it has a lot of ambition and a desire to win. Their bike is getting better with each race this year and we are all looking forward to working with them."
This year Mahindra Racing's main man Miguel Oliveira stood on the podium for the first time in 2014 at the Dutch GP. The Indian team has been collecting points on regular occassions and have impressed all in the Moto3 championship.
Mufaddal Choonia, Mahindra Racing CEO, expressed, "The Aspar team has discovered some great talent over the years and I think the Aspar-Mahindra combination should prove popular with talented riders in the Moto3 class. I'm confident that we can provide them with a very competitive package in 2015."
