KTM To Launch RC 200 and KTM RC 390 On 9th September

The much awaited bikes from the KTM stables will finally launch on the 9th of September in Pune. Bajaj will launch the KTM RC 390 as well as the RC 200 together and bookings will open shortly after that.

The difference between the Naked Duke 200 and the 390 against the RC will be the fairing, for both, the RC 200 as well as the RC 390. Along with the fairing, there will be other changes like the headlights, the RC versions will have dual headlights unlike the Duke.

The RC versions will also have a new and redesigned fuel tank, turn indicators mounted on the mirrors and a reworked tail section.

The heart of the KTM RC 200 will be a 199.5 cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled engine that will produce 25 bhp and 19 Nm of peak torque.

The RC 390 will be powered by a 373.3 cc liquid cooled, single cylinder engine, that will produce 43 bhp and 35 Nm of peak torque. Both the bikes will have their engine mated to a six-speed gearbox.

The RC versions of the KTM will be really good track day bikes and for those who don't get turned on with naked versions, the RC 200 and 390 will be great choices.
