DSK Motowheels had announced a few months ago that they would be getting their Benelli motorcycle to India soon. The Indian automobile company has been introducing imported super bikes to motorcycling enthusiasts in India.
The Indian motorcycle company assembles bikes for South Korean motorcycle manufacturer Hyosung. They have also commenced assembling for Italian two wheeler giant Benelli. Now they will be introducing the Keeway Blackster in India by mid 2015.
Most would not know who Keeway is, they are a Chinese based two-wheeler company. It is owned by Qianjiang Group of China, which is the same company that owns majority of Benelli. They will now be introducing in India their first motorcycle the Blackster, which is a cruiser motorcycle.
The Blackster has been developed by Benelli engineers and quality is top notch. They would be introduced by DSK in India as a Completely Knocked Down(CKD) unit. The Keeway brand will be introduced by mid 2015 and is expected to go on sale as well then.
DSK will be bringing to India more bikes in the coming future. For now they will be focussing on Benelli and Keeway. They are also planning on growing their assembly lineup to keep up with the demand of their motorcycles.
