2014 Yamaha M1 Unveiled; Indonesia
Yamaha Factory Racing riders Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi start the upcoming MotoGP season with the unveil of their 2014 Yamaha YZR-M1. The unveil was in Indonesia last week at the 3S Dealer meeting.
The visit witnessed Rossi and Lorenzo take part in activities for the first official outing of 2014. The Spaniard met few of the local media and took off for a soccer game. The team comprised of Lorenzo's fans and members of the Yamaha fraternity.
Lorenzo and Rossi met current Governor of Jakarta, Joko Widodo. The three of them spent time cycling and chit chatting. After which they unveiled the 2014 YZR-M1, at the dealer meet.
The spaniard and Italian were recorded for a TV show and ended the day shooting a commercial for Yamaha, bidding adieu to Indonesia.

The Spaniard explained, "It's always nice to come into a sunny country with happy people, especially Indonesia, a country that gets crazy about MotoGP. Both Vale and myself have a lot of fans. Everyone recognizes us in the street and gives us a lot of love so it's a good place to promote Yamaha."
Lorenzo added by saying he liked the bike and it looks smart as well as elegant, due to more white color. However, the color alone is not enough, the package underneath matters.
The Spanish rider has high expectations this season from the team. The other teams will be tough but he believes the bike has improved in certain aspects and is optimistic about winning the title.

"It's always great to come to Indonesia. The Indonesians are the best fans in the world, with a lot of passion for MotoGP and the Yamaha Factory Team, even though they have no races in their country. Yamaha Indonesia plays a big role in Yamaha's global business and I truly hope that Jorge's and my presence here gives a further boost to their local business. This morning I had the pleasure and the honour to spend some time with Mr. Joko Widodo, Governor of Jakarta, and I could not have expected any better welcome to my arrival in Indonesia," said the Italian.
