Mission Motorcycles Mission RS Electric Superbike

Mission Motorcycles, a well known electric sports bike manufacturer, has brought out the race spec Mission RS. An electric superbike that has broken several electric sportbike records. The road homologated version is now available for the the public for a staggering price of $59,999. Only 40 will be made though.

But if you ask those who have ridden the Mission RS they say its worth every penny you pay for it. Easily the most advanced electric bike there is and one of the most advanced bike ever, this is what Mission RS offers in terms of performance.

An electric motor that packs 160 HP and 120 lbs-ft of torque right from the start till the redline. No gear changes to worry about here either. The motor is powered by a 17 kWh battery pack, which Mission says is good for a 320 km range under ideal conditions. During real usage this should come down to about 225 km, but still impressive. Mission RS has a top speed of 241 km/h. 0-100 km/h is reached in 3 seconds.

Mission RS also comes with a unique feature that is not found in any other motorcycles. A display unit much like the ones found in cars. This can connect to 4G connection, display Google Maps, connect to smartphones via Bluetooth and more.
