Harley Davidson Roadside Assistance Now In India

Harley Davidson has partnered with India Assistance to offer its customers 24x7 roadside assistance. Assistance is provided in the form of fuel delivery, flat tire support, bike transport in case of breakdown or accident, provision of local taxi and relay of urgent messages. Roadside assistance can be called for via a dedicated helpline and more over, the facility is not limited to the original owner, but can be extended to future owners of a bike. India Assistance is the Indian subsidiary of Mapfre Assistance, the company that offers the same service to Harley owners in International markets, including USA.

New Delhi, 20th May 2013- Harley-Davidson owners across the country now have another reason to enjoy every kilometer of their riding experience with the new Harley-Davidson Roadside Assistance Program. Launched in association with INDIA ASSISTANCE, a 100% subsidiary of leading international assistance company MAPFRE ASSISTANCE, the new roadside assistance program from Harley-Davidson India provides on-road assistance support to registered Harley-Davidson owners in all nine dealership locations across the country.
