The Instrument cluster features digital and analogue gauges with LCD, dual trip meter and clock, digital fuel level indicator, malfunction indicator lamp and hazard function.
The Thunderbird 500 takes highway cruising to a whole new level. The TB500 is available in three colors - Stone Black, Flicker Black and Twilight, an inspired blue-black finish.

Royal Enfield has given the Thunderbird 500 an unique LED ring endowed headlamp. The 55W projector lamps deliver white light differentiating it from the multitude of bikes yellowing the road.
This feature for sure eliminates the question of night time visibility of a Royal Enfield.
The Thunderbird 500 seat design is a touring friendly seat design. The company has designed the seat to suit the new foot pegs position.
The seat also opens up using a lock mechanism, accessible through the side panel. The separately mounted pillion seat can be removed to accommodate luggage.
Royal Enfield has provided the Thunderbird 500 with 41mm thick forks.
Since the TB500 is meant for highway cruising the company has equipped the bike with innovative safety features.
The ignition lock on the TB500 functions as a central steering lock as well. The bike also gets a first of its kind, hazard lamps in the switch gear.
Being a highway cruiser the company has given attention to the fuel tank.
The TB500 can hold 20 liters of fuel and can run 500 kilometers on a full tank.
The Thunderbird 500 is equipped with a powerful 500cc unit construction engine.
The TB 500 churns out 27.2 bhp of power @ 5250 rpm which is fed through an electronic fuel injection system and 41.3 Nm of torque @ 4000rpm.
The TB 500 engine is mated to a 5 speed constant mesh gearbox and comes in electric and kick start option as well.
