John Abraham Gifts Harley To Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar and John Abraham have acted together in three films. John had reportedly promised Akshay a costly gift during the shooting of their film Desi Boys and the actor has now kept his promise by gifting Akshay a Harley Davidson. The new black Harley reportedly costs Rs 30 lakhs.
Harley Davidson is a renowned American motorcycle manufacturer. It started its Indian operations a couple of years ago and has already garnered a sizable fan following. Known for its power, comfort and ride quality, Harley Davidson is a niche brand with its cheapest bike costing upwards of Rs 9 lakhs.
Akshay Kumar now joins the Harley Davidson club along with several other Bollywood big shots who have shown their love towards the American cruise bike. We would like to remind you that Amitabh Bhachchan was impressed with the performance of ride comfort of the Harley which he used in his recent film Buddah Hoga Tera Baap.
Akshay Kumar and John Abraham also own the Yamaha V Max superbike. John while speaking about his gift to Akshay said he was always impressed by his friend's support and wanted to reciprocate duly. What better way than gifting something one loves.
Both the actors have taken their love towards motorcycles to a professional level too. John Abraham has been a long time brand ambassador for Yamaha while Akshay Kumar was recently named as the brand ambassador for Honda Motorcycles during the launch of the Dream Yuga.
