TVS Releases Apache Teaser On Facebook

Indian motorcycle manufacturer TVS Motors has released a teaser image of its new Apache premium motorcycle on Facebook. The suspense is that TVS hasn't given any other details of the new Apache other than the image.

TVS has always had innovative products like the Jive clutchless motorcycle and the Apache RTR180 with an ABS option, but the company has been lagging behind its competitors in terms of sales. It was recently that Honda Motor overtook TVS in sales to grab the 3rd spot with Hero Motocorp and Bajaj Auto enjoying the first two positions.

The TVS Apache has been lacking an update for quite some time to compete with likes of head turners like the all new Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS and the Yamaha R15 Version 2.0. Now, with the new Apache, the excitement is to know if it is the fully faired Indonesian version of the Apache or it is an entirely new 2012 TVS Apache.

However, we'll have to wait and see what the motorcycle manufacturer has in stock. Considering TVS's history, it won't be surprising if the company launches a liquid cooled, 4 valve motor delivering high performance.
