Honda opens CBR 150R Bookings, Deliveries In April

Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has realized that there is pent up demand for the CBR 150R and does not want to miss an opportunity by opening bookings a month earlier than its launch. The only thing Honda has to be cautious about is that It should have enough inventory by the time its launches the CBR 150 R so that the waiting list is not too long.
There is no denying the fact that the new Honda will have a huge fan following considering the success of its big brother. But with the arrival of greater competition in the form of the KTM Duke 200 and the soon to be launched Pulsar 200NS, Honda has to ensure it retains its buyers interest.
Honda has said it will launch two variants of the new CBR150R. The standard variant could cost Rs.1.34 lakhs (On Road). The deluxe variant one thousand rupees more and it comes with the orange-white paint combination found in Honda's racing bikes.
Honda is expecting to sell about 3,500 units of the new CBR. It is powered by a 150cc, DOHC, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates 18PS of power and 12.6Nm of torque.
