Royal Enfield Thunder Bird 500 Is A Revelation
The Thunderbird in unquestionably Royal Enfield's cruise bike. Now the Thunder bird gets an all new look, more power and more style in the form of the Thunder Bird 500 which was unveiled at the ongoing Delhi Auto Expo.
The Thunderbird was unveiled by Siddhartha Lal MD & CEO of Eicher Motors. The unveiling of the new Thunder Bird was followed by the launch of Royal Enfield's line of accessories. The scene was made even more inspiring to RE fans when all Royal Enfield staff members were seen wearing branded jackets.
The new Thunder Bird 500 and the launch of the accessories clearly indicate Royal Enfield has decided to take on American cruise bike manufacturer Harley Davidson. Harley Davidson's entry to India has triggered a change in the long standing Indian bike maker.
The one interesting fact about the new Thunder Bird is that it will be available only in Black. Do not be disheartened by this as it will be available in three shades of black which will include a matt finish, arctic black and the regular metallic finish.
