BMW Motorrad Launches F650 GS AT Rs 9.99 Lakhs
The F650 GS has a parallel twin four stroke 800cc engine that produces 71 Bhp of peak power and 76 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a six speed transmission, which delivers the torque to the rear wheel through a chain drive. The bike claims a top speed of 185 kmph.
The super bike weighs a heavy 200kg, but with the powerful engine, it could be one of the fastest Indian bikes. The F650GS will feature alloy wheels, 17 inch wheels up front and 19 inchers at the rear. The ABS unit in the bike will make sure that it handle emergency situations adeptly.
The bike will get a telescopic layout up front with an adjustable monoshock at the rear. BMW Motorrad curently sells a few motorcycles in the Indian market through its dealerships Navnit Motors, Delhi and Deutsche Motoren, Mumbai.
