Honda Unveils New Look Dio At Rs.42.3K

Honda has unveiled its new look Dio scooter. The new scooter is not only attractive as it usually but also comes with an attractive price tag and mileage too. Honda which had only unveiled the design of the Dio at the recently concluded Delhi Auto Expo has finally brought out the new Look dio in the Metal.

The new Honda Dio is priced at Rs.42,362 (ex-showroom price Delhi). As attractive as the price, the new Dio also punches in the right places with its mileage. It is powered by the same 110cc engine that we have already seen in the second generation Activa. The 8bhp engine despite a marginal increase in capacity is claimed deliver an improved fuel economy of 15 per cent (55kmpl).

While the Activa has been the scooter loved by all, the Dio has been the in thing among the youth. You will not be surprised to see college parking lots filled with Dios. Honda has considered this image of the Dio and has made the look even more wacky. The front and the tail lights are sharper.

The new look Dio will be hitting the showrooms by the end of February. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India's (HMSI) Vice President – Sales, Marketing & Corporate Affairs who spoke about the company's new scooter said: The increased convenience and comfortable riding position of New Dio will appeal to both style conscious young males and females."
