The Kawasaki Ninja 650R will be priced competitively against the recently launched Hyosung GT650R. Bajaj Auto has already used several Indian parts to reduce the cost of production. The Kawasaki Ninja 650R is powered by a liquid cooled 650cc four stroke engine paired with a six-speed transmission. The engine is capable of generating 72bhp and can hurl the 650R to a top speed of 204km/h. Bajaj Auto might unveil the bike on June 8th and begin bookings soon after. Expected to be priced at about Rs 5.5 lakhs, the Kawasaki Ninja 650r will definitely prove to be a huge competitor to the Hyosung GT650R.
