Hero Honda Still Tops Sales For 2010

Hero Honda is still the king of the road in the two wheeler segment as its sales in 2010 reached a new peak. Hero Honda has received a rise of 33% from its sale in December against the one made in the same period of 2009.

The sale stood at 501111 units in December 2010. The cumulative sales for the year 2010 was over 5 million mark making a growth of 16.4%.

The Hero Honda"s VP for marketing and sales said the year was an outstanding one for Hero Honda. The occasion prompted Hero Honda to retain the supremacy in the market by refreshing for further achievements with new launches and customer oriented marching. For the quarter of October-December 2010 the sale volume was 1428030 units meaning a growth of 29% against the one derived in the corresponding period of the previous year.
