TVS Launches Sporty New Apache In Indonesia

TVS Apache Indonesia
TVS Motors has launched a sporty version of its Apache in Indonesia. The new bike has full body fairing, high fuel tank, thicker tyres and split seats. The new look Apache certainly is Beautiful. The familiar TVS badge is not sen on the bike. Instead we see a TVS written in bright red on the fairing.

There have been several reports about a new TVS Apache being unveiled at the Delhi Auto Expo. If the Indonesian Apache is the one that will be launched in India, then motorcycle enthusiasts are in for a treat. The front headlight is huge and dominant. The split seats add to a sporty look and the side fairings make a clear statement that TVS is going international.

TVS currently has two engine variants of the Apache – 160 and 180. The Apache 180 is available in two variants, The Apache 180 RTR and the Apache 180 RTR ABS. The Apache 160 has emerged as a great competitor of the Bajaj Pulsar 150 and the Yamaha R15. If the Indian version does get a facelift similar to the Indonesian version we are in for a treat.

The TVS Apache has some nagging issues such as a shaky mudguard, costly spare parts and uncomfortable seats. We hope TVS has rectifies these issues in the new Apache.
