The Smart Fortwo is a rather miniscule city runabout that usually fits two people and their shopping. The car is only 2.69 metres long, 1.66 metres wide and 1.55 metres tall.

However, the car's tiny dimensions did not deter a group of 20 cheerleaders from the Comet Cheerleading Squad in Italy from squeezing themselves into the car to claim the Guinness World Record for the Most people crammed in a Smart car title. It also must be the world's most claustrophobic record.

For the purposes of this record, Guinness declares that all participants have to be least five feet tall (1.525m) and over 18 years old and that the car has to be a production Smart two seater from Daimler-Benz (Smart Fortwo).
