Now, scroll to find the 'Help & Support' section and select 'Need Help With Non-Order Related Queries?' followed by 'Queries Related to Updating FASTag Profile'. Finally, choose 'I Want to Close My FASTag' and complete the steps as guided.
Porting FASTag to Another Issuer
For those looking to keep their FASTag active by transferring it to a different issuer, it's important to note that a direct transfer is currently not an option. Instead, vehicle owners should contact other FASTag issuers such as HDFC or ICICI Bank to start the porting process.
Inform the new issuer about your decision to switch and provide all necessary details, including your vehicle's registration information. Follow any further instructions from the new issuer to ensure a smooth transition of your FASTag account.
