It is illegal to drive a vehicle without a driving license in India. For this, the authorities can take measures including fines. But regardless of all this, many people are driving vehicles without a driving license. What's worse is that even children are driving vehicles before reaching the appropriate age.

In this video, we can see a boy driving a Mahindra Thar on a very busy road. The boy did not drive the car completely by himself. It is assumed that the elder may be the boy's father. Sitting on the elder's lap, we can see the boy controlling the steering wheel.
Probably the pedals, like the brake and the accelerator, were controlled by the older man. While it was a mistake to let the boy drive, this adult made an even bigger mistake.
