Almost everyone of us have been fined at least once for violating traffic rules such as not wearing helmet or crossing a red-light and have been fined for it. But do you know whether the fine you payed was the right amount or not? Could it be that you were made to pay way more than what the rulebook says?

Since the majority of us do not know the officially set fine amounts some police officers take advantage of our ignorance and charge outrageous amounts for relatively minor traffic violations. And its not only about the right fine amounts. Did you know that in case you are caught without carrying "Pollution Under Control" certificate, you can actually drive away without paying fine. Instead, you need to handover your license and collect it later once you produce the certificate.

Driving rashly with one hand - 500/-
