Transboard Folding E-Scooter Can Glide Over Bumps
The Transboard E-Scooter from Mercane Wheels is equipped with a suspension setup to offer a smooth ride even in the rough terrain.
Electric scooters are evolving with new technology and features. But most of the scooters still lack the essential feature, that is a suspension.

But this new Transboard scooter from Mercane Wheels borrows its suspension from automobile design to offer a smooth ride. The scooter gets a three-wheel suspension setup, and it can also fold in one swift motion.

The Transboard is equipped with double wishbone front suspension that can gobble up even the rough terrain to offer a plush ride. But the Transboard doesn't have corner-mastering tilting action.

The rear wheel of the Transboard gets L double-link suspension. The scooter runs on 10-inch pneumatic tyres up front and 8-in urethane-foam rear tyre. The scooter's wide platform fits both the feets side by side.

The Transboard is powered by a 500 Watt, 48 Volt hub motor sending power to the single wheel for speeds up to 35km/h. On a single charge, the Transboard has a range of 40km. The 8.6 Ah LG Chem lithium-ion battery takes 6 hours to get fully charged.

Another prominent highlight of this Transboard e-scooter is its quick and simple folding mechanism. The e-scooter folds in half and slide forward between the front wheels creating a rolling trolley.

The Transboard frame is made out of aluminium alloy and the finished with polycarbonate cladding. The scooter weighs 21kg and can carry a rider up to 100kg. A LED screen is fitted on the handlebar. Electric and rear foot brakes bring the scooter to a halt.
