Indian Carpenter Builds Street Legal Wooden Car
As car designing and materials go, they are built from Aluminium and even carbon Fibre to keep the weight low and squeeze optimum performance.
An Indian carpenter named Mohinder Singh and his son, Amandeep from Patiala, India, have built a street legal car, made of wood!
The Idea first struck Amandeep two years ago, when he was still in college. He thought of building something unique with wood and with his father, a carpenter with 45 years of experience and none with automobiles, built this car.
The car took two and a half months to build, and every bit was done in a makeshift garage at home.The car is made of teak wood and the drivetrain and mechanical parts are off a Maruti 800.
