'Stoned' Assembly Line Workers Cost BMW A Whopping $1 Million In Loss
BMW had to shut down the assembly line for 40 minutes costing the company $1 million after two drugged out workers got high and collapsed while working.
German luxury carmaker BMW has been left embarrassed after two workers on its assembly line passed out after consuming banned substance during a coffee break, costing the company in the region of $1 million.

The episode occurred on March 3, 2017, in which two assembly line workers collapsed towards the end of their shift. Medical personnel was summoned to the scene. The two BMW workers were drunk and stoned on the job; plant managers had to shut down production for 40 minutes.

The two workers - both Polish nationals - worked as exhaust fitters at the plant. After falling, one of the workers had to be rushed to an off-site medical centre.

Following the event, one of the employees was discharged from work, and the other was assigned to a different position.

Obviously, it isn't clear enough for some peoples, let us warn you that getting severely inebriated when you're deemed to be working is not the very best idea. Particularly, when your blunder might end up costing your organisation more than $1 million.
