McLaren’s Origin Explained In Tooned Animated Short Film

Before you watch the video lets us explain to you what this is about. British television network Sky has come up with an ingeniously creative way to tell us the story of McLaren. By the way of a short animated short video TV series.

The one we are referring to is the second episode of the ‘Tooned' animated series, which will ultimately be a 12 episode series. In this episode we watch the story of young McLaren being told. It follows his enduring story and shows his determination, which, despite its involving several pitfalls, finally led to him becoming the youngest ever winner of a Grand Prix, a title which he held for about 40 years.

Sky has employed visual effects firm Framestore to create the Tooned short video animated series. This is an award winning company which has its name involved in some well known movies including The Golden Compass and The Dark Knight.
