Saudi Arabian King's Massive Contingent Needs 27 Aircraft To Move Around
Saudi Arabia King Salman is on a trip to Asia and he is visiting Indonesia. The King is bringing a massive 1500 people contingent along with him.
Saudi Arabia's King Salman is due to visit Indonesia on Wednesday. And he's bringing a contingent of nearly 1,500 people along for the nine-day trip.

If this was not enough, the supreme leader is also bringing along 459 tonnes of cargo which also includes two Mercedes-Benz S600s and two electric lifts. The King's entourage comprises of 620 people and 800 delegates for official work.

To Transport this huge contingent to Jakarta, Indonesia's capital city, it will take 27 flights. The information was revealed by Airfreight firm PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta.

The King of Saudi Arabia, last visited Indonesia 47 years ago. And this tour is a month long trip to Asia which also includes countries such as Brunei and China.

The King of Saudi Arabia is used to travel in style. Back in 2015, during his visit to the US, King Salman booked the entire Four Seasons in Georgetown.

During his vacation on the French Riviera, the King took 500 people along with him. Due to this, the whole beach was closed which resulted in the protest from the local community.
