Salman Khan Rides Royal Enfield Classic 350 In Ladakh With Jacqueline Fernandez As Pillion
Salman Khan has been spotted riding a Royal Enfield Classic in Ladakh. The Bollywood actor was seen doing a leisurely ride with actress Jacqueline Fernandez riding pillion.
Salman Khan has been spotted riding a Royal Enfield Classic 350 in Ladakh. The Bollywood actor was seen doing a leisurely ride with actress Jacqueline Fernandez riding pillion. A video uploaded on a youtube channel starts off with Jacqueline Fernandez taking a selfie video of the ride.
Just about 4 seconds into the video, a second camera cuts in, which shows the duo riding in a relaxed manner with the mountainous landscape of Ladakh forming a beautiful backdrop.
Salman Khan has been in the news recently when he was sentenced to jail in the 20-year-old Blackbuck killing case. He spent two days in the Jodhpur Central Jail after which he was released on bail.
The superstar got back to work almost immediately after his release and began shooting for his upcoming films which also includes Race 3. A romantic song for the movie race 3 was shot in Sonamarg, and after wrapping up the shoot for the day, the stars took to the roads on the Royal Enfield Classic.
According to reports, they used the Royal Enfield motorcycle to explore the area around Kargil. It is not known if they rode all the way there or they just rode for a while before getting back into the support cars that can be seen following them.
The Leh-Ladakh circuit is the most coveted route for bikers in India. The 130-kilometre-long stretch from Sonamarg to Kargil which is a part of this circuit is a treacherous one to ride on, and takes around four hours to complete.
Salman Khan is known to be a motorcycle enthusiast and has a pretty impressive motorcycle collection. The star is also the brand ambassador for Suzuki Motorcycles India and is often spotted in Mumbai astride his Suzuki Hayabusa.
The Suzuki Intruder M1800 and Suzuki GSX-R1000 are just two examples of the exotic motorcycles in Salman Khan's garage. It is unclear whether Salman Khan owns a Royal Enfield bike, but he was previously seen riding a Royal Enfield in his previous movie - Tubelight.
Though actress Jacqueline Fernandez isn't known to be a petrol-head, she too has quite a few swanky rides in her garage. She recently even took delivery of a Jeep Compass, adding to her garage which already comprises of cars like the BMW 525d, Mercedes-Maybach S 500, Range Rover Vogue, etc.
In this video though, the actress is seen riding pillion without a helmet. Wearing helmets have not been made compulsory by law throughout the country and a majority of those on bikes do not wear helmets.
However, someone who has lakhs of fans can influence many to take safety precautions, and this video is a missed opportunity for Jacqueline Fernandez to do the same.

It is great to see superstars taking the simple route and ride in the region that is known to be motorcycling paradise. This would be better if Both Jacqueline and Salman were wearing helmets.
