Red Bull RB7 F1 Car vs F/A-18 Fighter Jet
Top Gear have done it already with a Bugatti Veyron and Eurofighter video, and Aston Martin DB7 and Jaguar T2B jet plane. Fifth Gear have done the same with a Porsche Boxster and jet plane, and Corvette ZR1 and F/A-18 Hornet fighter jet.
Not just these well known TV shows, but YouTube is littered with at least half a dozen other car vs plane videos. Now, add to that list, an F1 car vs fighter jet video. Why? Because everyone loves then, it never gets boring and its a good way to promote the brand.
Red Bull recently took their newly decommissioned 2013 RB7 Formula 1 race car to a military airstrip in Australia where it met with an F/A-18 Hornet belonging to the Royal Australian Air Force.
Behind the Red Bull F1 car was their new driver, Australian Daniel Ricciardo, while the jet was flown by pilot Michael Keightley. The result of the ‘race' is not surprising, with the F1 car taking the lead off the line, but getting beaten at the finish line by the jet.
Nevertheless, the video is awesome to watch, just like the rest of the videos you have viewed before. You can go ahead and watch the video below.
