Porsche Sued Over Paul Walker & Roger Rodas Accidental Death
Fast and Furious actor that passed in a car accident Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas died on the spot in the car accident. They were driving a Porsche Carrera GT, behind the wheel wasn't Paul walker, iy was his friend Roger Rodas.
The accident took place last year and claimed both their lives. Now Roger Rodas's wife will be taking the German based company to court on charges of a faulty suspension as well as design of the Carrera GT. The Porsche Carrera GT was a 2005 model.
The lawsuit claims that Roger Rodas and Paul Walker were travelling at a safe speed of approximately 88 km/h. After which, the car malfunctioned and caused an accident that claimed both their lives.
The Los Angeles Police Department in their research claimed that the accident was caused due to unsafe speed, which led to the accident. The Porsche Carrera GT crashed into an electricity pole first after which, it hit several trees.
We hope that matter is resolved soon and the court and the people come to a conclusion and let the two individuals rest in peace. The Police Department did a thorough check and claim that the road was not meant for high speed and was a 45 km/h zone.
