Paul Walker's Father Sues Porsche Over Fatal Porsche Carrera GT Crash

Actor Paul Walker's father has sued Porsche on behalf of his late son's estate for for wrongful death and negligence.

The lawsuit is the third case filed against Porsche with regards to the late actor's death in a crash almost two years back. The other two cases have been filed by Walker's daughter and the wife of his friend, Roger Rodas, who also died in the crash.

Paul William Walker III, the late actor's father in the lawsuit has stated that the Porsche Carrera GT that his son was riding in lacked safety features that could have saved his life, and that Porsche knew the model had a history of instability issues. Walker III seeks unspecified damages from Porsche.
