Cars with crazy graffiti and paint jobs are relatively common, but what about a car that has not paint, but plant fiber instead? As far we know there is only one of its kind in the world and it belongs to Ojo Obaniyi.
A weaver by profession, Ojo Obaniyi decided to utilize his skills to create a unique piece of art. The piece of art not only amazes his town folks, but has now been seen by millions around the world, thanks to the internet. Check out the world's first hand woven car in the gallery below.

40 year old Ojo Obaniyi who hails from Nigeria's is a popular figure in his town, thanks to his unique creation.

Ojo Obaniyi's hand woven vehicle is a Volkswagen pickup truck.

The cane like material used to cover the vehicle comes from a local variety of palm tree called Raffia.

Raffia palm cane is used to make everything from mats, baskets, hats, furnitures etc,.

It is not clear whether Ojo Obaniyi has replaced the metal body with the cane one or has covered it with hand woven cane.

As you can see, every part of the car, including the seats, the wheel covers, the steering wheel and the dashboard is made from hand woven cane.
