Zydrunas Savickas Pulls Nissan Note & Drives His Way Into Guinness
Zydrunas Savickas, 5 times World's strongest man champion has entered the Guinness book of world records. He achieved this feat by pulling 12 Nissan Notes which accumulated to a total weight of 12,942kg.
Zydrunas conquered this herculean task by wearing a special pulling harness and rope arrangement, which enabled him to pull the Nissan Notes for a staggering 5 metres in 32.9 seconds.
The Note has 45 litres of extra boot space, however it weighs 21kg lighter than the earlier generation Nissan Note, which is all good since Zydrunas Savickas weighs in at an astounding 170. This mammoth feat was held in Druskininkai, Lithuania, which also marked the end of Lithuania Car of the Year Test Camp.

After the record attempt Savickas said "It is always great to set a new record, once I got into my stride pulling the 12 Nissan Notes was fine. Obviously, a big thank you to Nissan for helping me set the record and making it possible"
The Nissan Note was launched earlier this year and is built in Sunderland plant UK. The Note sets new standards for sector first technology, design, practicality, as well as value for money. The car has been designed and engineered keeping in mind the European market.
The new Note, sports a Pure Drive 1.2L, 98 PS supercharged petrol engine with a manual transmission, which returns less CO2 emission, increased torque and greater fuel economy.
