F-Type Roadster, Moynat Bag & Electric Scooter - Find The Connection
Moynat is a lifestyle luggage and travel bag maker, from France of course, who specialises in designing and making custom products. Recently, Moynat inaugurated its first boutique outside Paris, in London and to celebrate it they built a special bag in association with British sportscar maker Jaguar.

The travel bag designed by Moynat's artistic director, Ramesh Nair is actually a one-off that's specially made to fit snuggly in the Jaguar F-Type Roadster's small boot. As such, the bag's contours perfectly match the unique shape of the trunk.
Moynat says it took them 900 working hours to design and handcraft the travel bag for the F-Type Roadster's trunk. The bag was moulded into the required shape with eight layers of wood and was later covered in vegetal-dyed leather in slate grey with mandarin orange liner.
Considering all the time it took to make the bag and also taking into account of this being a one-off, not to mention the brand name associated with it, you would think the bag would cost more than the car itself. And surely some wealthy business man would be delighted to pay for a bag so perfectly suited to his car.
But you would be mistaken because the bag is not for sale. Wait, Moynat puts all that effort into making one bag that can only fit inside one type of car and it won't sell it? We certainly cannot fathom why.
There's more. For reasons completely unknown Moynat decided to pack inside the bag a portable electric scooter. Once again, no clue why.
